Speed to implementation

Speed to implementation: We are committed to onboarding you and your teams on to ACTO within 90 days. You will have access to our amazing team of Implementation Specialists and Medical Content Specialists. They will walk you through a customized 30-60-90-day change management journey.

Post-implementation support

Once you’re fully implemented, the support doesn’t stop there. Our Customer Success Team offers dedicated support before, during and after implementation. Additionally, if you require ongoing support post-implementation, we will meet you where your needs are by offering different levels of support: full time, part-time and hourly, ensuring you and your team are getting the most out of ACTO. Should you need assistance, we provide hands-on support within the hour.

Drive adoption by field teams

With our experience from over 150 implementations in the life sciences industry, we will work with you to craft an implementation plan, based on industry expertise and best practices, to ensure successful adoption of ACTO throughout your organization. Our Customer Success and Support teams will be there at every step to help you champion ACTO across teams, at any scale (regional or global).

Customized training

We offer recorded and live training sessions to you and your teams during launch, and refresher training sessions 1-2 months post-launch to ensure you roll out ACTO smoothly within your organization. Additionally, we deliver customized training to you based on your needs at the time.
